How can I export messages and file attachments?

Export your customer interactions into your email with the click of a button!

1. Click My Conversations on the side bar.
   
   

   

2. Select any conversation.
3. Click the i.
   
   

   

4. Click Export.
   
   

   

5. You will receive an email containing the conversation history and attachments
