To have clients access your consulting services, simply give them your urLive URL. This will bring them to your urLive page, where they can book consulting calls in the click of a button.
For example, Prof. Kim Li offers career counselling and chats with her students. She could post her URL (https://url.live/kim_li) on her faculty page, and students could click through to see her urLive page, where they can read her bio, book calls, and view her availability schedule.
To book a call, students simply click on the service they would like to use.

Clicking a service open the booking page, where clients can select the duration of the call.
- Note: options displayed for call duration are set by the consultant when setting up the service. These duration options can be edited on existing services as well. To learn more about this, see the Setting up a Service article.
Once they select the duration, they can chose a date and time within Kim’s set availability.

Once they have chosen a date and time, the client must enter their first and last name, email address, and credit card details.
Finally, clients are brought to a confirmation page, where they can review the information they have entered and the price of the call.
Once the client confirms the booking, both the client and the consultant (Kim) receive an email with the call details, and Kim’s availability is updated accordingly on her public page.
