How to Redirect Customers from your Team URL

By default, your team URL displays your team page. After a call ends, callers are redirected to this team URL. However, it is simple to change this so that your team URL redirects to an external web page of your chosing. Note that by doing this, only members of the team will be able to access the team page.

If you do not want your team page to be viewable by the public, you can redirect those who enter your team URL (url.live/TEAM_NAME) to a different web page of your chosing. To do this, a team admin must:

1. Go to the team page,
2. Scroll down to the Team Page Redirect URL section,
3. Enter the desired redirect URL in the section highlighted below, and
4. Click Save Url
