The Administrator can set whether incoming calls to the team ring simultaneously to all members at the same time or whether sequential ringing is setup.
- Access your public Team page via the side bar or by entering the url (url.live/teamname) whilst logged in.
- Select the Team Member who’s details you wish to update and then click on the Pencil.
- A window will appear where you can set incoming Call Notification Delays (in seconds). The time delay set here will establish when and what sequence the Member is notified of an incoming call to the Team page.
